Shannon, alongside her team and strategic partners from property managers, lawyers, contractors, inspectors and more, serve from York – Simcoe -Muskoka starting from Aurora, Bradford, Barrie, Orillia, Innisfil and surrounding Simcoe County area up to Gravenhurst.
Shannon grew up in Aurora, ON and relocated her family to Barrie over twenty-three years ago. She first started investing, transitioned into property management company and then evolved into getting real estate license & full-time REALTOR®. She has a long-time experience, specific niche and reputation of helping others to create wealth strategies thru real estate investing. She believes buying any property whether a first home or downsizing is a significant investment. She believes her “superpower” is ability to connect people and speak to any experience level with patience and professionalism. She offers credible knowledge and experience.
